While a service provider can earn up to 5 stars, if we get a notification from the Catelligence community notifying us of unethical behavior Catelligence reserves the right to remove them. We have notified vendors to encourage them to try and make things right with their customers if mistakes happen. We all make mistakes.

4 | 3 stars and has contributed to the resource hub through expert articles or presentations to help educate the Catelligence readers. |
5 | 4 stars plus is annually involved in a charity that benefits the well being of cats. |

​Catelligence strives to refer reliable service providers to our readers but we naturally cannot keep track of each action the listed service providers take. We do require vets that want to advertise with us to embrace the our core values in their daily business practices. If you feel a service provider listed here has acted in a unethical matter towards your cat please let us know, and we will consider removing them from this list after an investigation if the complaint has merit. Please also let us know when you are feel your vet puts your cat before his profits. With enough time we will have a reliable referrence that all TN cat parents can rely upon with confidence. Cat welfare comes first here!!!
