Catelligence is the result of a cat enthusiast noticing that there lacks a cat resource page where all cat needs can be addressed and where all cat parents educate themselves on effective affordable cat care. His frustration in trying to find such a resource led to the creation of this web site. The idea was initiated in Knoxville, TN which has been declared the "Cat Capital of the Nation" and hopes to bring many cat resources to this area.
